Domestic Glass Repair
Glass for use in domestic properties typically comes in two varieties; single or double-glazed, with a choice of either float, toughened or laminate glass. Single-glazed windows with float glass can normally be done on a same-day service .
Our glaziers are able to replace glass from either the outside or the inside of properties, if the framework allows it. If required, we can source scaffolding and/or lifting vehicles for high glass installations.
We’re also able to remove sash windows for glass installation if the window frame is not on the ground floor.

When a window is damaged, be it broken glass or the window frame, our professional local Dover glaziers are only a short distance away to fix the problem. We can also modernise your existing frames with more efficient window styles including double glazing, aluminum replacement windows and Low - E Glass.
For Dover shop front windows we would use laminate glass, which conforms to BS 6206. Large and/or thicker than normal panes will usually be a next day service, dependant on glass dimensions. Our Dover double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee.
